detailed quotes, samples, technical data etc. |

| | If we think it possibility to purchase your products, we will enter into
detailed negotiations concerning price, delivery, terms and conditions ,also explain necessary
documentation requirements and so on. |

| | If the detailed negotiations are satisfactory, we will conclude a basic
contract with your company . |
